The challenge:

As our Industrial Digitalization Project Manager, under the guidance of our Industrial Digitalization Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our industrial digitalization strategy, and leading strategic projects focused on industrial applications such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

This includes ensuring the maintenance and development of current systems, incorporating the latest technological advancements and cybersecurity protocols, and addressing the organization's future needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Your role will involve processing and responding to organisational demands related to the maintenance and evolution of information systems. You will evaluate new techniques and tools available in the market, analysing their feasibility and suitability for the organisation, and proposing their implementation if appropriate.

• You will be responsible for managing all the lifecycle of industrial digitalization projects, from planning to deployment, and monitoring them to ensure they are achieved by their respective deadlines and with the requisite quality.

• In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary internal team, providing guidance and support to achieve high-performance standards. Additionally, you will actively coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration and alignment of digital solutions across all operational processes.

• You will establish and maintain communication channels with external providers monitoring compliance with contracts and strategically managing the delivery of high-quality industrial software solutions aligned with organisational objectives. 

• Furthermore, you will analyse and propose the team structure and work methods, ensuring they are appropriate for the role, both during the onboarding of new employees and in subsequent training sessions.
